I have been coaching and developing people for over fifteen years.  In fact, as I look back over my career no matter what my job or volunteer position the most satisfaction has come from helping others grow and reach their dreams. 

You will find that I am very transparent. You never have to guess what I am thinking.   I am straightforward and honest with everyone I deal with. 

Teachability is one of the most critical elements to a successful life.  If you are not teachable then you automatically create a glass ceiling to your success.  One of the reasons coaching is so successful in people’s lives is that hiring a coach is a fantastic statement of teachability.  

Perhaps it is because I am a person of action that I have always sought out leadership positions.  Usually I am one of the youngest leaders in the room.  It isn’t about a power trip for me.  It is more about making a difference. 

I think like an entrepreneur because I am an entrepreneur.  I like to solve problems, take ownership and I love to help other’s overcome the barriers in their lives.  Participating in a person’s growth and development is my life’s work.  I’d like the opportunity to talk with you and see if we are a good fit for each other.
